Bonni’s flagship service is her Sparkling Conversations in which she works with the host to provide custom wine recommend-ations for a private function. Bonni attends the functions and guides guests through the selected flights of wine. Sparkling Conversations is ideal for corporate functions, bridal showers, wedding receptions, catered dinners or anywhere that you might require a tailored selection of wines accompanied by an approachable expert.

PERSONAL SOMMELIER PROGRAMME

Bonni can take a wine collection from sad to sumptuous with a private consultation. Whether you’re looking for a new direction to take your wine rack, or want hand selected gifts to impress your clients; Bonni can introduce you to some new favorites with her light-hearted, amicable manner.

PRICING

Sparkling Conversations:$215, plus the cost of wine, for up to 10 participants. A surcharge is required for additional guests and out-of-town events.

Private and Executive Service:$45/hr to $80/hr, plus the cost of wine

Events and tastings

Bonni is a wine professional working out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. A graduate of the prestigious Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), she spent a year formally studying grape varietals, viticulture, production and terroir earning her the Advanced designation.

Founded in 1969, WSET is headquartered in London, England and is generally regarded as the world's leading provider of wine education.
